Arvind Menon, a respected and married cardiac surgeon, is framed by his new resident, Tara Ahuja who is the daughter of the hospital trustee, whose obsession spirals into a full-blown campaign of lies, doctored evidence, and false accusations. As rumors spread, CCTV clips are manipulated, interns are bribed, and the hospital turns against Arvind, leading to his suspension and public humiliation, leaving Arvind broken and even his wife Purvi doubting him. Purvi and Arvind eventually uncover the truth, Tara has a history of similarly destroying men and fabricated the entire case using forged videos and coerced witnesses. In a dramatic public confrontation, Tara is exposed by Arvind and Purvi leading to Arvind clearing his name and saving his marriage.
